Your personal information is shared with Google Analytics who collect and measure information about your activity on my website.

If you contact me through my website or directly by email or telephone, I will use your personal contact details to reply to you.

To ensure your privacy is protected, I have secure wi-fi and my computer and email address are security protected, password protected and my email is encrypted. My counselling telephone is PIN locked and is not a smartphone and therefore your personal information is secure and will not be linked to any social networks.

Email messages, telephone voice and text messages, our communication history and any personal details will be deleted at the end of our communications if you do not take up my counselling services. I do not save your personal details unless you take up my counselling services. If you do, I will then provide you with a Counselling Agreement and Data Protection Policy.

Security of information transmission:

Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. Please be aware, however, that I cannot guarantee the security of personal information transmitted via email or telephone so any transmission is at your own risk.

Your rights to your personal information

You have the right to ask to see the personal information I hold about you (for which I would need advance notice). You can ask me to amend or delete any information that is incorrect and I will do so unless I have a legal obligation to keep it.
